To find a way inside, look to the right of the front entrance and go past a painter into an alley leading to a gate. If you need to recon, try using Foresight and flying through the open grate on the left. However, the place is closed for the day, so you need to find a way in. Head up the steps and you’ll find yourself right in front of the Red Camellia. Since the gate ahead is closed, look right to find a balcony to displace to, then again over to the road where a group of performers are playing. Use Displace to get to the roof of the carriage stop, then to the top of the gate and onto a nearby lamp post so you can then displace to the roof of the green building where the Black Bonecharm awaits you. If you look up at the roof of the green building next to the gate, you can spot a swirling yellow item that denotes a Bonecharm.
Bonecharm #1 - The gate may be closed, but take a moment to use Foresight to see what is hidden, much like Dark Vision.
